Get to know Brandon and Barbara Konkle
Brandon and Barbara Konkle are a loving Christian couple living the Fort Worth area of Texas. Brandon currently works as a web developer for Panlocal Media, LLC. - a local media company that maintains The Daily You. We are blessed to have the ability for Barbara to stay home throughout the day, to take care of our baby Elliot who will arrive any day now! We attend The Village Church in Flower Mound, where we enjoy the modern worship and appreciate the passionate, honest, and biblical teaching of pastor Matt Chandler.
Brandon admits that he is very much a computer nerd. He enjoys programming, especially web application development. He is a big fan of open source software, and is working on his own contributions to the open source community. He was an Ubuntu Linux user for nearly 5 years before switching to Mac OS X. He also enjoys reading fantasy or horror novels, playing video games (especially Rock Band), watching movies, listening to metal, enjoying exotic cuisine, and exploring big cities.
Barbara loves spending time with friends, scrapbooking, photography, well-written comedy and drama shows on TV, fantasy novels, role-playing and puzzle video games, and listening to hard rock.
